About Us

The speculative intelligence arm that turns dangerous ideas into grounded policy.

What We Do

We are the research and concept engine that helps founders, institutions and studios give form to ideas that don’t exist yet.

Most consultancies optimise what already works. We explore what doesn’t—then make it real.

Our method combines architectural thinking, cultural intelligence and policy design. We don’t just speculate. We build frameworks that can hold weight.

How We Work

We don’t sell fixed packages or retainers.

Most collaborations begin with a short, intense thinking sprint—two to six weeks—where we clarify the problem, name the world, and sketch the first version of its spine.

From there, we either hand over the framework for you to build on, or stay on as long-term thought partners embedded in your process.

Practices

Speculative Design Intelligence

A research and thinking practice operating at the edge of culture, systems, and future conditions.

This practice uses architectural methods—structure, hierarchy, constraint—to interrogate non-physical systems: identity, institutions, technology, governance, and meaning.
