What We Do
We are the research and concept engine that helps founders, institutions and studios give form to ideas that don’t exist yet.
Most consultancies optimise what already works. We explore what doesn’t—then make it real.
Our method combines architectural thinking, cultural intelligence and policy design. We don’t just speculate. We build frameworks that can hold weight.
How We Work
We don’t sell fixed packages or retainers.
Most collaborations begin with a short, intense thinking sprint—two to six weeks—where we clarify the problem, name the world, and sketch the first version of its spine.
From there, we either hand over the framework for you to build on, or stay on as long-term thought partners embedded in your process.
Practices
Speculative Design Intelligence
A research and thinking practice operating at the edge of culture, systems, and future conditions.
This practice uses architectural methods—structure, hierarchy, constraint—to interrogate non-physical systems: identity, institutions, technology, governance, and meaning.
Explore Our Papers →Brand Intelligence
A strategic branding practice focused on emotional resonance, narrative coherence, and long-term meaning.
This practice translates abstract ideas into worlds people can recognise, trust, and inhabit.
Explore Brand Intelligence →Architectural Speculation
A speculative architectural studio exploring future modes of living, working, and gathering.
This practice operates without the immediate constraint of buildability, allowing architecture to function as cultural inquiry.
Explore Speculative Work →Physical Built Work
An architectural practice delivering physical spaces with emotional, cultural, and psychological intent.
This is where thinking becomes material. Quiet, precise, and deeply considered.
Explore Built Work →If you’re working on something that doesn’t fit inside existing categories.
